What happens next
Six steps, and wecarry all of them.
Most families have never arranged a funeral before. Here is the whole of it, in order, so you know what is coming.
The first call
Call any of our numbers. We will ask a few simple questions, tell you what needs to happen today, and take the rest off your hands. Nothing is decided on this call.
Transfer & mortuary
We coordinate the transfer of your loved one to the mortuary, and liaise with it on your behalf through to the day of the funeral, so that it is not one more thing for the family to chase.
Planning the service
We sit down together at whichever of our four offices is nearest to you. We talk through dates, places, rites and readings, and you leave with a written plan and a written price.
Choosing the arrangements
Casket, hearse and escort, pallbearers and their attire, band, mourners, flowers, printing. You can see the casket range in person, and we will tell you plainly where money makes a difference.
The day itself
Your coordinator arrives early and stays until the last guest has gone. The cortège, the bearers, the band, the seating and the reception are all held by us.
Afterwards
Photographs and video are edited and delivered in the format you asked for, and thank-you cards are printed. We stay reachable, and there is no charge for asking.
